It was thunder and lightening all day yesterday, and today it was quiet but drizzling and very humid. The rain came and went most of the day, but I was cosy in my bivvy.
Not much happened all day, but I eventually got a very angry carp from the usual spot, after losing one there. Not much else to report. Except I taught myself a new casting technique using the line clip and taping up the length. I can now get it back on the same spot time after time.
It has only taken me six years to get around to doing this.
