As the title says really. It was a foggy start, and never really got as warm as they said it would get, but other than that an amazing day. There were loads of bubbles from feeding fish when i arrived, but this did not translate into bites.
After a slow start, I did manage to get a medium sized carp on the ledger. Then it all went quiet. I spent most of the day watching a heron fishing, really close to me. In the evening I caught a hard fighting common carp which made the trip worth it.
